Requirements
To properly refurbish a product, both the product and its packaging must be delivered in good condition.
The product must meet the following specifications:
Product must be free of damage
The packaging should be free of damage. In some cases, we can replace the packaging (level 2 refurbishment).
The product should be delivered unregistered and reset.
The product should be free of hardware related complaints.
What if the product does not meet specifications?
If, after checking the above points, the product does not meet these, a choice is made from the following options:
The product can be refurbished under the conditions of one of level 2.
The product cannot be returned to ''new condition''. We will do our best to refurbish the product to the best of our ability.
Important!
When creating a refurbishment order it is not possible to indicate in advance what level of refurbishment is desirable. After examination Service Planet will independently determine which level of refurbishment should be applied to arrive at a product in saleable new condition.
Turn around time
We strive to return the item within 5 business days upon receipt.
