Data Connection with DHL
Service Planet has an active data link with DHL. This means that from the Melissan web portal, you as a user will be offered the ability to create and track shipments.
From the web portal a shipping label is generated which can be printed out and stuck on the product. Upon collection, the driver can scan the label and thus the shipment will be initiated further.
You can find the following information on the shipping label:
Shipper address information the product is being shipped from
Recipient information the product is to be sent to (Service Planet)
CASE reference number
Date of shipment creation
Track and trace number
Various barcodes according to DHL standard
Track and trace
From the Melissan you will be offered the ability to track and trace the shipment in real time.
Return logistics
After treatment, the product will also be returned by Service Planet with DHL. This return shipment can also be tracked again from the Melissan web portal in the same CASE in which the handling took place.
Packaging instructions
You are responsible for packing the product correctly. We recommend following the following packing instructions to ensure that products arrive in good condition!
